The voltages on all rails, including the −12V, stayed within 3% of their nominal values throughout the testing, which is great, since it’s even tighter than the 5% required by ATX specifications. The ripple, though, wasn’t so great. It started out at around 45mV on the 12V rails during test 1, and it increased significantly for the subsequent tests. During test 7, at about 102% load, the ripple was above the maximum 120mV on both 12V rails. The 5V rail, although still in spec, was approaching the 50mV limit. Efficiency was slightly above 80% for all but the last two tests, although as I’ve said in other reviews, a similar unit in the US would be less efficient. As this product lacks PFC, the power factor peaked at only 0.6. I didn’t see the point in doing an overload test, since the ripple was already too high during test 7. Increasing the load more would only have made the ripple worse.
