Enermax has officially launched the Ostrog ADV midi-tower case which was initially presented back at CeBIT. It would ordinarily be just as common as any other case, but Enermax equipped it with an advanced lightning system, and I think it would just be best to just quote them here: The most charming feature of Ostrog ADV is the ultra-bright LED strips. Leveraging years of experience and knowledge in developing and manufacturing circular-type LED fans, ENERMAX’s R&D team has successfully utilized the MaxBrite™ LED Technology and Nano Diffusant to create ultra-bright LED effects, delivering consistent and uniform luminance. The incredible smooth and even lighting effect with no visible LED spots makes it hard not to indulge.
The Ostrog ADV comes with two preinstalled 120mm Vegas front fans and single rear fan. Plus there are positions for one 120mm bottom fan and two 140mm top fans. In conjunction with the fans, the case can simulate six different modes of light show arrangements, for those who like color theater. There is also built-in memory which can remember the last show setting used. The controller also includes a fan speed regulator function. And that’s it for the fancy stuff. Other than that, the 7.2kg case features tool-less mounting for three 5.25″ positions and six 3.5″ positions. The front panel bears two USB 3.0 and two 2.0 ports plus audio jacks. The price is 159.9 Euro incl. VAT for all three color versions (red, green or blue). See the video for more informations.
