The Enlight Sniper 330’s voltage regulation was fairly tight, but there is room for improvement. Starting with the 12V rail, it managed exactly 3% regulation during Test 1, with the voltage at 12.36V. It dropped to 11.96V in Test 4, which equates to a 3.33% drop. The 5V rail managed 2.8% regulation, with 1.4% variation, and the 3.3V rail managed 1.21% regulation. That’s a decent result, since ATX specifications allow for up to 5% regulation.

The efficiency was mediocre, never getting much above 82% (during Test 2). By Test 4, it had dropped to just under 78%. The power factor was below 0.6 the whole time, which is typical of power supplies that have no PFC. During Test 4, there was a distinct smell of burning electronics coming from the power supply, which suggests it was being pushed beyond its limits. I did attempt to increase the load slightly, but it only stayed running for about 10 seconds, after which it would shut down.

Rail Test 3 (266.97W) Test 4 (320.21W)
12V  Test3-12v  test4-12v
5V  Test3-5v  test4-5v
3.3V  Test3-3.3v  test4-3.3v
-12V  Test3--12v  test4--12v
5Vsb  Test3-5vsb  test4-5vsb

The ripple levels were always acceptable. The worst performer was the 3.3V Rail, which had just under 40mV during Test 4. It’s a bit on the high side, but the upper limit is 50mV, and it was below that. The ripple on the other rails was below half the maximum allowed throughout the testing.
