Need good case for P4 Overclocking (and graphics card)

I'm going to be overclocking a Prescott P4 (hopefully 4GHz but I doubt it). It's an ATX motherboard (not micro ATX). 1 HDD, 1 DVD, and a lousy AGP graphics card.
I need it to have decent cooling, but be very quiet. It can't be too ugly, and I don't care whether or not it's got a side window or LEDs. As long as it's quiet. Of course, I don't want to spend more than $40. I would prefer to shop from newegg.com, but tigerdirect.com is a (less preferred) option.

I also need a recommendation for a good AGP Graphics card. I've got a Geforce 6600 in there right now, I could put in a radeon X800 but I doubt that's any better.
Thanks!

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6811129100 :D The perfect case for any hot running system

OK, if you're after something a bit more modestly priced, then http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6811119227 looks like a good option. It's kinda at the top end of your budget, but looking at what newegg offer in that price range, it looks like it has the best cooling and coolermaster cases arent usually so flimsy that they de-shape when you put a half decnt PSU in them.

Bear in mind, though, that you may also need better cooler if you want it to be quiet. If you don't mind paying a bit extra a better CPU coolder (if you're not already using one), http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6835103065 (the CM hyper 212) is a good, but fairly inexpensive option.

I doubt if you're going to get 4GHz out of it (unless it's a P4 3.8)

Thanks for the recommendations. I've actually got a pretty good cooler in my bedside PC I could swap with the stock cooler that's being used with the P4...Since the bedside PC is not overclocked...

Also: do you think this is a good graphics card for me to get?

Seems a bit pricey but if it's good it's worth it.
I'll also need a good hard drive. Is this one alright? (I need to check if the board has SATA lol)

This is gonna be one great P4 :P

The Radeon 4650 is as good as ATI offer in the way of AGP graphics cards. Unless you can track down an nVidia 7950GT (which will be expensive), you're not going to get better than that. I also like the cooler on that card and it looks to use all nichicon/fujitsu FPCAP polys.

I'd be going with http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6822136769 for the HDD. bigger and cheaper.

EDIT: If you need IDE, then go with the one you had. I didn't realise it was IDE. If the board is Socket 775, though then it will almost definately have SATA.

It's a funky board: LGA775, AGP, DDR. OK I'll order the case and if the build goes well I'll order the graphics card and hard drive.
Thanks!

Wow. DFI are the only brand I prefer over Gigabyte. The family computer's motherboard is a DFI, so is the board in our workbench PC at work. I also have a spare DFI socket AM2 motherboard lying around. The one thing they all have in common is the use of chemi con PSC polymer caps throughout.
