motherboard wont stat psu

I had one old motherboard which which might be pentium 3 and i dont have processors as i got this from a friend.this motherboard wont starts i didnot inserted any cpu but does this starts without cpu
I connected only psu to motherboard and tried to switch on but the psu wont starts.As for searching in google the answer is capacitors are bulged but their are none.any help may be the capacitors are dead and i want to remove the faulty one.

You have to have compatible CPU and RAM in there to even test. It won't do anything without a CPU

how to find out this type of cpu in systems.Few of them had old systems so i may try to find in them.i mean compatible cpu

I have asked cpu specifications and i know ebay but never bought from their and i am unable to buy online since i dont have CC.

Local PC shop should have one lying around for a few bucks. Like $10 or less I would think!

Their are some shops or have to recover from old pcs but looking to borrow from friend.
ps i am asking again what type of cpu should i use ?I mean the ranges 1 ghz like that

It looks like it supports any Pentium III.
Depending on which country you live in I may be able to send one.
I have to go to the post office anyway :-(
