I know plenty of HTML/CSS but dreamweaver is an easier environment to code in that say Notepad or something like that.
Norton? Are you crazy? :P c_hegge likes it too...

Dreamweaver is VERY good for website development (as Shovenose mentioned).

I use Adobe Fireworks to make cool art such as the on in my signature. :P

Edit: I really despise Norton, especially when they ripped XBOX 360's name and made their product "Norton 360" - which is even worse than the predecessors.

Some nice choices, these are my top software choices:

- Notepad++ Great for developers/web masters
- CCleaner Keeps your computer clean and free of rubbish
- Advanced SystemCare Disk defragmentation, Spyware/Malware Removal, Junk file removal - great software
- FileHippo Update Checker Find updated software without manually going through your programs looking for updates
- Kaspersky Internet Security All your security software in one
- QFX Software KeyScrambler If you get keylogged, it stops people seeing what you're typing, helpful when typing sensitive information.

All the ones that I mentioned are free, except Kaspersky Internet Security. Some of the above offer a paid version as well though.
