You're going to need a lot of money, and you don't have that, or so you've said anyway.

Ironically now four years later, not only do I have a small mini-datacenter facility of my own (not in my house) with redundant enterprise fiber internet connections, backup generators, restricted/logged access, security cameras, cooling, etc. but I rent a full rack in a "real" datacenter (HE Fremont 2).
