Internals of the Segotep GP1100G power supply. It's based on Enhance's two-switch active-clap-forward + DC/DC design.

It looks like a good unit. Enhance are up there with Delta and Seasonic.

Yup. And the enormous heat sinks on the GP1100P 80plus gold certified PSU definitely inspire confidence. :D

Antec rolls out fugly red BP300P PSU. There's something inconsistent in the introduction on its retail box though. On one hand, it says it features heavy-duty capacitors in English, on the other hand it advertises that the PSU has high quality japanese caps inside in Chinese, which is clearly not the case. As you can see, the big capacitor on the primary side is from samxon and eight Ltec's on the secondary side are incharge of the output filtering job. The funniest part is that the reviewer over at pcpop claimed that its efficiency is up to 79.81%. Oem is Delta. Can't scorn on the build quality though.

Actually, I don't mind the colour. I do mind the caps, though. If antec are saying they use Japanese caps, they better do so.

Internals of Huntkey R80 400W 80plus compliant PSU. Primary capacitor is a HEC SL 220μF. Caps used on the secondary side are from NCC.

I really don't like Corsair's latest entry-level PSU -- VS450. :( Does it seem like a 450W PSU to you? OEM is CWT.

Jun fu? What are you doing, Corsair?

It probably is a 450 watter, just not a very good one. CWT really aren't that good for budget stuff. They made the Okia unit on the el-cheapo PSU roundup.

I guess the caps on the secondary side are bad too. Though I don't have more close-up pictures of that PSU.
