In Office 2010 I often noticed slightly lag and jumpiness in the way it would move across the page

What? I think you mean "a slight lag and jumpiness..." or "the cursor would lag and jump slightly..."

Fixed.

MS could REALLY use some better graphic designers. Office '13 looks soooooooo ugly compared to 2010 and 2007
