This is the ugliest fan (followed by the purple fan of Sparkle 1250W) I've ever seen being used in a power supply. And the cable sleeves of this PSU are pretty much like snake skins. Plus the green and red connectors don't work on me. I decide to give this PSU an Epic fail award on the aesthetics.

yeah, i went on their support forum, and it was happening to many people; it looks like it's fixed now.

I really do wonder why they couldn't think of a better name than Sparkle. It's a great name to see on fireworks, but not on a PSU.

Yup. And Geil(Thortech) should really think of something betther than thunderbolt to name their PSU series.
