It really is amazing how many variations of cPanel I've seen, some hosting companies offer more features than the default version of cPanel, others other less, some limit you to what you can see.
Just to show what I mean, below are two screenshots. One is the cPanel view from my VPS, the second is the view from my Shared account at SiteGround.
