OK, I finally got around to pulling the Delta DPS-750CBA from my main PC for some pictures.
First, the PSU itself. Just for comparison, the one to the left of it in the picture is a Bestec ATX-300-12Z, a more normal ATX PSU. This one is actually so big that some of the rivets on my Antec 1200 case atually get in the way, so I can't quite do the screws up all the way, so it sits a couple of mm forward from the back

Yes, the unit does actually have five 12V rails. Two for the CPU, one for the graphics, one for the ATX Connector and one for the Molex and SATA connectors

The fan is a twin ball-bearing unit made by Delta

The primary and secondary sides are on separate PCBs. The unit has two 330uF Chemi-con PFC caps. All other capacitors on the primary are also Japanese (Rubycon, Chemicon and Nichicon). The inductors are some of the biggest I've ever seen.

The secondary side also uses Japanese caps, from the same 3 brands as the primary. That one blue sleeved cable is the PCI-E one. I pulled that from another PSU and replaced the PCI-E cable in this one as my GTX295 needs an 8 pin PCI-E connector.
