How do you get teaching experience if you want to teach at a community college?

I have no desire to teach k-12, but while searching for community college jobs to see what they require, I've noticed the majority want teaching experience. The only other things they require are a masters degree, and about 18 credit hours in teaching classes...That part should be no problem for me, it's the experience part I'm concerned about.
