I had problems with my smps and it is sending low voltage tp MB and also the fan wont revolves.what could be the problem in this smps.I wanna want to buy a new one instead of repairing this but i had an extra fan too to replace and the only problem is low voltage

Low voltage + failed fan -> probability of failed capacitors = 110%

Open the cover and check the caps.

for your answers i will give it to nearby repairer shop or i may check it by myself as i did electronics.
Also when it was working it restarts so many times and some times monitor wont start at all but the cpu fan revolves and even dvd rom light blinks as very low voltage.
Anyway will report it back to you guys
