Oh No! It looks like corsair are now using finless heat sinks on the TX series too
No wonder it doesn't work! You installed the coils backwards! :D

Detla brought a new line-up of PSUs to the retail market. The new line-up features 5 models, ranging from 350W to 650W. All of the 5 PSUs are under Delta's trademark and 80plus bronze certified.

Those look nice. I don't see too many retail Delta branded PSUs. I only come across them in pre-built large brand-name PCs like HP.

Perhaps that's because Delta doesn't pay much attention to the retail market. :-)

I wish they would, though.

Yeah, although not too many local system builders have even heard of Delta, so they would probably just assume they are junk like all the unknown brands.

A guy over at IT ocp opened his brand new Corsair CX430 V2 power supply because he thought there was something odd in his PSU. The odd thing he referred to was the thin plastic board beneath the fan, which was placed there to direct the airflow to corners. He thought the plastic board hindered the fan from cooling the PSU and he decided that this kind of stupid things shouldn't belong to his PSU. So he cracked his PSU and pulled the board out of it so as to get better cooling. His brave move only end up invaliding the warranty. He also thought the Samxon capacitors in the unit were nothing but junk. o.O

If they are GF or GL series, then he is right about them, but otherwise, they will be fine.

I void the warranty on every single PSU I get my hands on.
