Apparently my CPU pins are bent.

How badly are they bent? is it possible to straighten them? I've straightened pins with a stanley knife blade several times before. I also have a Socket AM2 CPU which has two or three pins missing but still works. It all depends on which pins are in question.

Anyway, I'll...just...try bending them back. I'll tell you how that goes.

if its bent you can still use it if you can straighten it a bit. How did you bend it btw?

Supposedly razorblades work wonders for straightening those suckers

They're bent. Probably because that liquid cooling I tried installing before had some false advertising on it.

But yeah I failed. So now I'm just buying a new CPU.

Oh yeah, by the way, the cooler was Antec.
