So, maybe the PSU has been causing the problems with both boards. Hopefully, it didn't fry them both.

I'm just going to buy a VPS instead of use a dedicated server now, and cut down on all of the things that I was going to do. (i.e., use GPGPU stuff)

So I won't be fixing this server anytime soon.
