Would you trust CapXon/OST in an 80 plus Gold PSU?

I have an FSP PSU that's 80 plus gold with a 120mm fan. All the caps are CapXon and OST...should I still do the normal replace on sight or leave them for a while since the PSU will run so cool? They already have about 13,000 running hours on them with the PSU probably averaging 100W load

If the PSU is used, I'd replace them (or at least test them). If it were brand new, then you could see how it goes for a couple of years.

I let it run in my server 24/7 for about 18 months, and I'm not sure if I want to recap it or not :D It was brand new when I bought it

I'd say it's fine IMO.
