All that said, if you can get past the fact that you’re boxed into the web browser and can’t use this computer for anything else, you’ll love the speed, simplicity, and intuitive-ness of the Samsung Series 3 Chromebook. Less technically-inclined family members will love it; you won’t get calls at the most inconvenient times asking for help on how to do something. You won’t spend every Saturday removing viruses and spyware toolbars from people’s computers. Mail them a Chromebook, and be done.
And talking about done, I’m done with this review. The Samsung Series 3 gets a solid 9/10. It loses 1 point due to flimsy build quality and a mediocre touchpad. Otherwise, it’s the perfect computer if it’s being used for the right purpose. Discuss!
