  • Sleeve bearing fan with insufficient lubricant (-1)
  • Inefficient (-1)
  • Inaccurate marketing – Cables aren’t all sleeved and no OPP (-1)
  • Voltage regulation could be better (-0.5)
  • Ripple suppression could be better (-0.5)
  • Soldering could use some improvement (-0.5)

Final comments: Between it’s mediocre performance, poor build quality and inaccurate marketing, we really don’t recommend this power supply. The In Win IP-S400EQ3-2 is a much better product, and can be had for a similar price.
