Defragmenting an SSD

Your ssd is going to degrade on xp. Another ms initiative to get people of xp onto 7. They were not making money on xp

Never under any circumstances defragment SSD. AMD to wear it out faster and better with their actual work file fragmentation, because unlike mechanical hard drives, they can read a few places. With Windows 7, if it detects that you have a SSD, it is actually disabled defragmentation.
