How much air is actually coming out of the exhaust vent? If you're not getting much air through, then the heat sink is probably blocked by a buildup of dust, and the CPU is throttling to prevent itself from overheating.

I think I see a pattern…all those members with odd names, in all lowercase and ending in "a". There's a lot of them.
