lol I meant apartment and it's the price of new apartments for sale (measured in squar meter). That wouldn't be that outrageous if you know the average price of second-hand apartments is RMB 25021 yuan/m² (approx US$ 3820) in Beijing.

The most ridiculous thing happened to me today is that there's an inappropriate (dick/penis related) advertisment on the chat page, with my banning of myself in the chat coming after...
